New Sudden Fiction "Before the train and after"

This short story has left me wondering what happens next, I couldn't help but turn the page. The only parts of this story I had been confused about is when she starts dreaming. It was right in the middle of the story, there wasn't any special fonts to signify it was a dream. I can't believe Allison cheated on Jeremy with his friend just because he lost his hand. They were definitely married and she had an affair with his friend. I can't believe she couldn't stay strong for him, she was so quick to cheat on her  husband after he injures himself. I wonder if she ever get caught cheating? This story sounds like a modern day couple, when things are hard in a relationship one person is always quick to give up and look else where for attention/love. I know that Jeremy made a stupid mistake but touching a train, but I believe Allison made an even bigger mistake when she decided to have an affair. WITH HIS FRIEND!! You can never make up after that betrayal.
