Social Issue

My concerning issue is the potholes on the street. They have started to fix the streets since last year and they are still working on it. They are not well organized. They start in one place and stop, then start in another place without finishing. They take forever to fix the roads. When winter comes, the unfixed roads become worse than what they were. The salt they put on the ice destroys the road. They need to work faster and more diligently. Some streets near my house haven't been touched yet.
