The poem “Porn” by Dorothea Lasky. Starts as putting porn as a horrific thing. However, throughout the poem you see she watches it. I got the sense as if she had a bad experience with someone during sex or was sexually assaulted or even raped. She watches porn just to watch it and feel the control she didn’t feel while having sex. She does not watch it for pleasure because if she did she wouldn't watch disturbing type of porn. Also, She shows she haven’t have sex in a long time. She even referred to having sex as “fucked” not as “making love.”
