Welcome to the blog for Prof. John Talbird's English 220 class. The purpose of this site is two-fold: 1) to continue the conversations we start in class (or to start conversations before we get to class) and 2) to practice our writing, reading, and thinking on a weekly basis in an informal setting.

After the film
I was shocked by the small changes the film had. There was no plane. I was also surprised that the friends ended up being nice to each other at the end. I believe they became less aggressive after they saw that the guy died. He died twice. Once was his actual body and the next was his trailer. Nothing that belonged to him was left. It was realistic how people just stared at them. They weren't treated equally back then.
