The Wrong focus of Mens Rights groups

Almost a misnomer or an oxymoron, Mens rights groups seem like a largely unnecessary thing. And for the most part I agree. Mens rights aren't being infringed upon by society (at least not straight, cisgender, white men) The fact that a lot of these groups focus on whether or not a man saying hello to a woman is or isn't harassment infuriates me. There are several very real issues that men face in modern day society; body image issues, men in abusive relationships, the absurd notions of manliness, the expectations of what it means to be a man, and the toxic holding in or ignoring of emotions are but a few of the problems that men suffer through on a day-to-day basis. Men on average have higher suicide rates than women, because of the idea that a man needs no help, and feeling trapped they kill themselves.

But these mens groups would rather talk about how not all guys are jerks. It really drives me crazy that they want to bring up that a man bothering a woman is a compliment, instead of talking about how male sexual assault victims are treated. These are obviously reactionary groups don't actually care about the issues, so much as they want to talk over female rights groups.
