Welcome to the blog for Prof. John Talbird's English 220 class. The purpose of this site is two-fold: 1) to continue the conversations we start in class (or to start conversations before we get to class) and 2) to practice our writing, reading, and thinking on a weekly basis in an informal setting.

Beta read my book!
If you're unaware I write stories that are action oriented, last class I brought in 14 page copies of my stories.
but in the interest of saving paper and time I started a BetaBook for my story. BetaBooks is a new online program that allows writers to upload chapters of their finished manuscripts to let people read it while providing feedback. It's free and it doesn't have any claim to your content, so you don't have to worry about copyright. If you'd like to read my story online and give feedback, then give me your email and I'll invite you to my book. If you want to upload your own stuff you can use my referral link right here. Create an account, start a book, and invite others to read it! Bing Bang Boom, simple!

Honestly, it was like once I start reading I couldn't stop. There's so much action, it makes me wonder what is going to happen next. Description is vivid as watching a movie. Great so far!
ReplyDeleteThank you! I love feedback and I'm glad you got a lil' hooked. If you want to get alerted whenever I write a new chapter, then consider signing up and it'll let you know whenever I upload a chapter
