I ROBOT

This a poem I was working on, just wanted to get some feedback for any thoughts on how i should improve this poem. P.S font was supposed to be roboto which looks like a typewriter font.

In the dark I wait

For light to return

In my soul

Which feels empty

Nothing and none to accompany it

I am like a robot

a hard exterior

predicting for what

Feelings will bring

Observing techniques

and behavior

To input in my programming

Waiting for success

sadly only receiving errors

As If it would be easy as copying

and pasting

You can't copy art

It's unique, unlike me

I was built without all

These attributes

Unable to open my file

Of creativity

Like opening a pdf

Onto Microsoft Word

It's difficult to open

When the program

Isn't compatible

Updating is futile

I am a typewriter

and you a computer

There is no improvement

In my software

No update 2.0 or 1.5

I am a robot

Seeking a heart

Some may say soul

Eagerly scanning

Increasing my parameters

Day by day

Nothing yet found

Nothing will be found

Hopeless

For my life is not a movie

There will be no happy endings

I am just a robot

With a hard exterior

No HTML or Javascript

To make me compatible

To you nor will I ever
